In the late 1990s, Starbucks licensed the rights to a model of espresso machine from Saeco, an Italian espresso machine builder.
The resulting machine was a well-built, Italian-made machine called the (Saeco) Starbucks Barista.
I picked one up off of Marketplace in need of some attention. Scroll through to see the transformation, including decalcifying the boiler, painting, and reassembly!

Powder coating is a process wherein a durable plastic based coating is sprayed in a powdered form with an electrified application gun that creates a static charge, helping the dry powder to cling to a bare metal surface.
It’s then baked to flow out, and is more durable than paint. I chose to learn on some truck wheels!
